Unable to attend
If you are unable to come in for any reason on the date stated on your admission letter, please inform the hospital booking office immediately PREFERABLY BY TELEPHONE so that we have a better chance of offering the appointment to the next person on the waiting list.

Please be aware that if you continue to cancel your appointment you may be referred back to your GP.
Rearrange your appointment
If you wish to rearrange your appointment please contact the hospital booking office as soon as possible so that we have a better chance of offering the appointment to the next person on the waiting list.

We offer an appointment reminder service that sends text message and voice reminders to our patients. If you would like to use this service please ensure we have your correct home and mobile telephone numbers by updating your details using our online form.
Please note that only patients who have had an appointment with us or have a future appointment should update their home and mobile details using this form.
